Safer Internet Day by the children
E-Safety is very important at Anston Park Infant School. We used Safer Internet Day to raise awareness of how we can stay safe online. Children discussed who they would share their personal information with and know that we should be very careful when talking to people online as they are often strangers. We also watched a special report on CBBC Newsround about how to stay safe on YouTube.

Follow SID's top tips:
1. Remember that people online that you don't know are strangers. They are not always who they say the are.
2. Be nice to people on the computer like you would on the playground.
3. Keep your personal information private.
4. If you ever get a worried feeling whilst online, make sure you tell a grown-up that you trust.

There's lots more information and videos for children and parents on the 'ThinkUKnow' and the 'CEOP' website.

Stay safe online!
